Watermelon Salsa
2 cups of watermelon, diced
15 1/2 ounce can of crushed pineapple
1 cup of diced red onion
3 Tbs cilantro, chopped fine
1 Tbs jalapeno pepper, diced fine
1/4 cup of lemon juice
Salt, pepper and sugar to taste
For Holidays, cut watermelon into a bowl for serving your salsa. Serve with tortilla chips.
